Kevin LaChapelle, CPA, CIT

Kevin LaChapelle joined Whittlesey in 2015, with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. Kevin’s practice focus is providing accounting, assurance, and consulting services to closely held businesses in various industries, as well as to employee benefit plans and credit unions. Additionally, he has provided tax return preparation and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Kevin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of Connecticut.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA), the Associated General Contractors of Connecticut (“AGC”), and a former member of the Leadership Council of the AGC’s Young Contractor’s Forum. He is also a 2007 recipient of the “40 under 40” designation by the New Haven Business Times.

Kevin is dedicated to serving his community. His work includes participation on the Board of Directors for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, along with volunteering with the Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
